Payment Options

Purchases can be made by cheque. Please note that UK banks charge a surcharge of £5 to process all non-sterling cheques and we must therefore ask you to add the equivalent to this amount to any cheque in a currency other than pounds sterling. All books are offered for sale subject to availability and will be reserved for 1 week pending receipt of payment. Prices are subject to change without notice. UK customers may also pay by Postal Order or cheque supported by a bank card up to the guaranteed limit. Overseas customers may also pay by Sterling Bank Cheque or Eurocheque. Books ordered will normally be despatched within 24 hours.

For those of you not familiar with Paypal, it couldn't be simpler; you can use a credit card but   instead of paying us directly you pay a third party (Paypal) and it's just as quick and secure.  It works like this; if you order a book from us by email we send you a return email confirming the order enclosing a Paypal payment button. This is made out for the exact amount of the order and the agreed postage. You simply click on the link and using your card pay the stated amount. Paypal notifies use almost immediately (usually with a few minutes) that payment has been made and we then despatch the book. It couldn't be easier and you can be secure in the knowledge that if the book is not to your satisfaction we will issue a refund!

Despatch Cost and Delivery Times

All postage costs are based on the weight of the books ordered and the destination. All deliveries in the UK are usually sent via Royal Mail and are normally delivered in 2-3 days but please allow up to 7 days particularly at busy times. Overseas deliveries are sent via airmail, unless another form of delivery is requested.
Please allow for delays at busy times and when customs clearance is required.

Prices are based on parcels weighting up to one kilogram, over that we may have to contact you for confirmation of any extra shipping costs that may be incurred.

 

Deliveries to Europe, The USA and the rest of the world are by airmail unless otherwise requested.

 

Returns Policy

Customers can buy books from us in confidence since any book may be returned to us for a full refund of its price. Customers are requested to pay for return postage unless, for example, our description of its condition was in error.
